DAY 1: UK - Copenhagen.

Fly to Copenhagen where you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel for one night. Includes Dinner

DAY 2: Copenhagen - Berlin.

Denmark's compact, friendly capital has many famous sights, including the Tivoli Gardens amusement park. Start today with an included guided tour of the city, taking in highlights such as the iconic Little Mermaid statue at the harbour. This afternoon, drive to Gedser and cross by ferry to Rostock before continuing to the German capital, Berlin, for one night. Includes Breakfast

DAY 3: Berlin - Poznan.

Berlin was once a city of contrasts but since the dividing wall came down, it has developed into a harmonious blend of old and new, preserving its old heritage buildings, such as the State Opera House and Brandenburg Gate, its neoclassical style boulevards, such as the Kurfurstendamm and the Unter den Linden, as well as creating brand new buildings in the most modern architectural styles. Germany's capital is now culturally one of the most fascinating, lively and interesting cities in Europe. There's time to explore the city at your own pace, or perhaps join the optional sightseeing tour, before you journey to Poznan, the former capital of Poland, for one night. DAY 4: Poznan - Warsaw.

Journey through the Polish countryside to Warsaw, the country's capital. Much of this beautiful city was destroyed during World War II, but has been lovingly restored to its former glory. The magnificent Royal Way is lined with an array of impressive churches, palaces, art galleries and museums. The optional city sightseeing tour will show you the best of the city's historic landmarks, including a wealth of fine Renaissance, Baroque and Gothic architecture. Includes Breakfast

DAY 5: Warsaw - Vilnius.

Cross the border into Lithuania and continue to Vilnius, the country's UNESCO listed historic capital, for two nights. Includes Breakfast, Dinner

DAY 6: Vilnius.

The cultural centre of Lithuania, Vilnius boasts many fine examples of Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture. Today's included tour introduces you to the main highlights. This afternoon, you are free to explore the city at your own pace. Includes Breakfast

DAY 7: Vilnius - Rundalepils - Riga.

This morning, journey into Latvia for a visit to the Baroque Palace of Rundale, the former summer residence of the Duke of Courland. Built in the 18th century, the palace was designed by the great architect Rastrelli, who also designed the Winter Palace in St Petersburg. Later, travel amidst picturesque countryside to Riga, the Latvian capital, for two nights. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

DAY 8: Riga.

Formerly owned by Poland, Sweden, Russia and Germany, Riga is a diverse and beautiful city, strategically located at the head of the Gulf of Riga, an arm of the Baltic Sea. The Old Town is a kaleidoscope of architectural styles, where old houses and lofty church spires flank narrow cobblestone streets dotted amongst the riverbanks, parks and canals. The included sightseeing tour introduces the city's best highlights. Includes Breakfast

DAY 9: Riga - Parnu - Tallinn.

Today, we journey along the Baltic coastline and cross the border into Estonia for a stop in the beautiful sea-side city of Parnu. After lunch take a stroll down to the sandy beach, before continuing your journey to Tallinn, for two nights. Includes Breakfast

DAY 10: Tallinn.

Far older than the country of which it is the capital, Tallinn has many fine medieval buildings. The Old Town is on the UNESCO World Heritage list and contains fascinating sights such as the Hanseatic Merchant Houses, the mile-long town wall, the medieval Town Hall and the House of the Brotherhood of Blackheads, all included in your sightseeing tour of the city. DAY 11: Tallinn - St Petersburg.

This morning drive to Narva, site of the impressive Hermann Fortress, before crossing the border into Russia and continuing to the beautiful city of St Petersburg, for two nights. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

DAY 12: St Petersburg.

Famous for its wide boulevards and stunning architecture, Russia's 'second city' is set on the mouth of the River Neva and is connected to the Baltic by a ship canal built in the late 19th-century. Today's included sightseeing tour will give you a fascinating introduction to the city before this afternoon's optional excursion to the Hermitage. Includes Breakfast

DAY 13: St Petersburg - Vyborg - Helsinki.

Enjoy an optional visit to the Peter & Paul Fortress this morning. Later, experience the monumental vistas of the Russian landscape as you travel between Lake Ladoga and the Gulf of Finland to the Finnish border, and cross to the country's charming capital, Helsinki, for one night. Includes Breakfast

DAY 14: Helsinki - Baltic Sea crossing - Stockholm.

A delightful city with parks, waterways and elegant neo-classical architecture, Helsinki has a small-town feel, its skyline devoid of high-rise buildings and its population little more than a million. Our included sightseeing tour includes visits to the elegant Empire-style palace on Senate Square and the cathedral. After free time this afternoon, board your overnight ferry to the Swedish capital, Stockholm. Includes Breakfast

DAY 15: Stockholm.

With a unique layout, Sweden's capital is a beautiful city spread across 14 islands between Lake Mäler and the Baltic. Today's included guided sightseeing tour includes visits to the City Hall and other famous landmarks. Includes Breakfast, Dinner

DAY 16: Stockholm - UK.

Transfer to the airport for your flight to the UK. Includes Breakfast
