Good news for all Passengers!!! Increasing Baggage allowance
 
Jet Airways 
 
London and India, free baggage allowance of 2 pieces of checked baggage weighing totally not more than 46 kilos. Infant will get 10 kgs.
 
But passengers travelling to India and then connecting to any other international destination (on 9W only) a free baggage allowance 35 kilos apply.


Kingfisher Airlines
 
 
Economy Class Free Baggage Allowance is 45 kgs for Adults & Children) to India.  The infant is allowance  remains 10kg.
 
No limitation the number of baggage, however each bag must not exceed 32kg.
 
 
 
Air India
 
Economy class between London and India, 1 pieces of checked baggage weighing not more than 28 kilos each.
 
For passengers travelling from London to India and then connecting to S.E Asia / Far East (on AI or AI/IC only) then a total free baggage allowance will be 32 Kilos.

(Above baggage police is only applicable for ticket issued on or after 01Mar2010)
